The group we had today found how absolutely wonderful it can be out there........ Bob, Ron, Don and Dewey from Roanoke, VA who have houses locally and know the charter fleet, love to go out in their own boats but enjoy going out on a bigger boat and have it all done for them.....everyone enjoys someone else taking on the duties and responsibilities on occasion. We started in the true Gulf Stream with 3.5 knots of current and caught 4 Black-fin Tuna really quickly and circled several hours after that with no luck, so we pointed her North......... Before long we were 20 miles North from where we started, (thanks to the current) saw Tuna's jumping and it was full-on from there out of the Gulf-stream and in some blended water. This group is going home with a freezer full of Tuna!!!!! The photos tell it all............ |
